This Chip PC Technologies thin client is a small and neat unit. It is very clearly marked EX-PC on the side panel and elsewhere carries the model number XPD4741. However, their website currently (May 2014) shows the EX-PC as a totally different beast based on an AMD dual-core processor. (Don't you hate it when they change the hardware but not the name?). Their website is totally anchored in the present - even using their search engine and the term XPD4741 returns " did not match any entries", but using Google you can find some datasheets that they're holding.
Intel Atom N270
1GB (max 2GB)
1920x1200 32-bit colour
4 x USB2.0
12V 12W (datasheet)
Dimensions H x W x D (mm) 156 x 36 x 122
This runs Windows Embedded Standard (XPe SP3) 2009
The unit requires a 12V supply and uses a conventional 5.5mm/2.1mm coax connector.
Having booted Tinycore, /proc/cpuinfo shows:

It is fairly compact in size so there is little space to fit anything internally.
Flash: The Flash memory is replaceable. It's a DOM plugged into a standard 44-pin IDE connector.
RAM: The RAM is a single DDR2 SO-DIMM. The Clientron datasheet for the U800 says that it supports: "DDR2 400/533 from 256MB to 2GB"
Wireless: The datasheet does mention "Optional WLAN module" but I'm not sure where and how this is fitted.
